  1. 30.10.2025 Together with Deputy Mayor Councillor Kellett, I attended an event at which Phoenix Singers were presented with a prize: a Christmas Carol composed specifically for the choir by Tim Wright.
  2. 01.10.2025 Visited Millom Detachment with Deputy Mayor Councillor Kellett to present on Millom Town Council’s work and explain the purpose of the mayor’s chain. The cadets were engaged and asked relevant questions. Good interaction with the youth.
  3. 06.10.2025 Meeting with appropriate groups looking at the up-and-coming remembrance service.
  4. 09.10.2025 Economic Plan – 4 Councillors present. 1 Apology. Cannot make progress if people do not turn up.
  5. 14.10.2025 Meeting with the Heritage Museum.
  6. 16.10.2025 Attended a PPG training afternoon. Looking how to deal with pain and less on opioids.
  7. 18.10.2025 Together with Deputy Mayor Councillor Kellett, I attended a luncheon celebrating Kendal twinning with Riteln Germany. May be something we could look to in the future. This would certainly provide a much-needed cultural exchange.
  8. 18.10.2025 Deputy Mayor Councillor Kellett and I attended the Rugby League Presentation evening. Thank you to the club for a well-organised event celebrating its achievements and introducing five new international players.
