The Millom Town Council have received numerous complaints regarding people feeding the seagulls in and around the Millom Park areas.
Can you all encourage adults/children not to throw food about as the seagulls are now following the park areas in great numbers.
Most of these birds are large and could potentially cause a danger to persons, especially small children. Can you all ensure that all leftover foodstuffs and litter are placed inside the bins provided
