Three Stagecoach services stop in Millom: the 7 to Broughton and Barrow, the X7 along the coast to Bootle, Ravenglass and on to Whitehaven, and the M1 town service to Haverigg.

Fares and bus passes
- Most single bus fares in England are capped at £3. The Government has said the cap will fall to £2 from 1 January 2027 and stay at that level until the end of 2027.
- Older person’s and disabled person’s bus passes give free travel from 9.30am to 11pm Monday to Friday, and all day at weekends and on bank holidays.
