By accessing the Millom Park Public Wi-Fi network, you agree to these Terms of Use.

SERVICE NATURE:

This is a free public service provided by Millom Town Council
Availability and performance are not guaranteed

LAWFUL USE:

Users must comply with all applicable laws and must not:

• Access or distribute illegal content
• Engage in fraud, hacking or unauthorised access
• Violate copyright or intellectual property rights

RESPONSIBLE USE:

Users agree:

• Not to disrupt the network or other users
• Not to misuse bandwidth or system resources
• Not to attempt to bypass security controls

SAFEGUARDING:

Content filtering may be in place
Users acknowledge that filtering cannot block all inappropriate material
Parents/guardians are responsible for children’s online activity

PRIVACY AND DATA:

Limited connection data may be controlled for security and operational purposes
By using the service, you consent to this processing

Public Wi-Fi is not a secure network
Users are responsible for protecting their devices and personal data

ACCESS RESTRICTIONS:

Millom Town Council may suspend or block access without notice if:
These terms are breached
