Due to the retirement of the previous occupier who has
been insitu for 20-years, an opportunity to lease the Beach Cafe at Haverigg is now underway.

The cafe is currently vacant and an equipment deposit will be required as well as working capital.
The process will be as follows:
1. Pre-qualifying questionnaire will be sent out to all interested parties on 10th July 2023 and must be returned by 14th July 2023
2. Successful applicants at this stage will be required to submit a full 3-year Business Plan, including financials, Menu Plans and any relevant experience and qualifications for the hospitality industry. Two references will also be required. This will need to be submitted to the clerk by 25th July 2023 at the latest.
