Millom Town Council would like to thank Millom Rugby League Club for allowing the Christmas wonderland/Market to take place on their premises at the weekend. They rallied to save the day after the Town Council could not use the Market Square for this event due to cost and consent. We would also like to thank Sarah Sharpe, Claire Broomhead and Paul Betteridge for all their hard work in organising this event with such short notice. Thanks also goes to Simon Donnelly for being the event co-ordinator making sure that this event was carried out safely and smoothly run.
A special thanks also the HMP Working Parties for all their help with constructing (the not so easy) market stalls and then taking them down again and to all the others who contributed to this event. Thank you all again.
