To receive declarations from elected and co-opted members relating to items on this agenda.
To approve the minutes of the Town Council meeting held on 28 January 2026.
To review outstanding actions.
Public participation period not exceeding 15 minutes.
To consider planning applications notified by Cumberland Planning Authority.
To note items for inclusion on the next meeting agenda.
The Clerk will report any requests received for dispensations relating to declarations of interest.
Members must declare any disclosable pecuniary interests or other registrable interests in accordance with the Code of Conduct.
Failure to declare a disclosable pecuniary interest is a criminal offence.
Members requiring advice are advised to contact the Clerk at least 24 hours before the meeting.
